State-Specific and International Compliance Addendum

This State-Specific and International Compliance Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and all other policies and disclaimers on plasticthewhalekiller.com (the “Website”). It provides additional notices required or recommended under specific U.S. state laws and international regulations. This Addendum is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to these additional terms.

1. California Residents – California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

4. Colorado Residents – Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)

5. Connecticut Residents – Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA)

Connecticut residents have rights similar to CPA/VCDPA. We do not sell data or engage in targeted advertising/profiling. Submit requests to plasticthewhalekiller@gmail.com

6. European Union / European Economic Area / United Kingdom Residents – GDPR / UK GDPR

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, we process personal data under legitimate interests (e.g., Website operation, security) or consent (where applicable). We do not rely on consent for most processing and do not engage in automated decision-making with legal effects.

The Doxxed Initial Contributor assumes no responsibility beyond good-faith compliance with this Addendum. By using the Website, you release the Doxxed Initial Contributor from claims related to state-specific or international compliance.

Governing Law: State of Arkansas, USA, with mandatory arbitration for disputes.
