This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Notice provides information about our policies and practices regarding money laundering, terrorist financing, and related compliance obligations. The PlasticCTO project (“Project”) and $PLASTIC token are a decentralized, community-driven initiative on the Solana blockchain. The Website is operated by Yerahmeel (@Yerahmeel33), the Doxxed Initial Contributor. We take compliance seriously but operate as an individual/community project without centralized control or financial institution status.

The Doxxed Initial Contributor and the Project assume no responsibility or liability for any user’s violation of AML/KYC laws or use of the Project for illicit purposes. By engaging with the Website or Project, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Doxxed Initial Contributor from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your non-compliance or illegal activities.
Third-Party Platforms
Interactions with third-party services (e.g., wallets, DEXs like pump.fun, or future merch processors) are governed by those platforms’ own AML/KYC policies. We have no control over or responsibility for their compliance practices.
Changes to This Notice
We may update this AML/KYC Notice from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law: State of Arkansas, USA, with mandatory arbitration for disputes.
