Last Updated: January 17, 2026 CRITICAL WARNING: ENGAGEMENT WITH THE PLASTICCTO PROJECT, THE $PLASTIC TOKEN, OR THIS WEBSITE INVOLVES EXTREME RISKS, INCLUDING THE POTENTIAL FOR COMPLETE AND IRREVERSIBLE LOSS OF ALL FUNDS OR ASSETS. THIS IS NOT AN INVESTMENT, SECURITY, OR FINANCIAL PRODUCT. NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ARE MADE. BY PROCEEDING, YOU AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISKS AND RELEASE ALL PARTIES FROM LIABILITY, INCLUDING THE DOXXED INITIAL CONTRIBUTOR PERSONALLY.
The PlasticCTO project (“Project”) is a decentralized, community-owned initiative on the Solana blockchain, recognized as a Community Takeover (CTO) on Pump.fun and DexScreener since December 30, 2025 (approved January 6, 2026). In a CTO, the community assumes control, with decisions driven by community members via votes, spaces, team contributions, moderators (MODs), and other decentralized means. A dedicated team of MODs handles day-to-day operations, such as community engagement, content updates, and coordination. The Project is inspired by internet culture and environmental awareness themes, such as plastic pollution, but operates without central management or guarantees. The $PLASTIC token is provided strictly on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties, express or implied. Any interaction with the Project, website (plasticthewhalekiller.com), token, associated mechanisms (e.g., potential incentives, donations, music), or related content is at your sole risk and responsibility. Any statements about future plans, features, donations, growth, or impact are forward-looking and aspirational only. They are subject to change and do not constitute guarantees or commitments. Key wallets related to fees, rewards, burns, and donations are publicly listed on the website and DexScreener for full on-chain tracking and verification by anyone (e.g., Creator Fees Wallet: DbPgnsn2E8jwbVWGQzk8hDF3yxSKyAv59FP5UuR6kyGb for rewards/burns/buybacks; Donation Wallet: E4csQXXFYpk9Bs7dvRzXLwKFdbGb7q9QK551XTRPnx7d for community-voted nonprofit portions). All relevant flows are automated via smart contracts and fully auditable on the Solana blockchain. Nonprofit recipients for donations are selected exclusively through community voting processes—no individual, including the Doxxed Initial Contributor, dictates or guarantees selections, amounts, or outcomes.
The Doxxed Initial Contributor (@Yerahmeel33, also known as Yerahmeel) is fully publicly identified (“doxxed”) solely for transparency and to build community trust. The Doxxed Initial Contributor holds no managerial, operational, ownership, or decision-making role in the Project post-CTO. Ownership of certain separate intellectual property assets (e.g., the domain name, music rights under @PlasticRevo / Plastic Revolution, and branding elements) remains with the Doxxed Initial Contributor and does not extend to control over the token, community governance, fee distributions, MOD team operations, nonprofit voting, or Project outcomes. Any retained access to wallets or social media logins is solely for custodial, transitional, or technical purposes (e.g., initial setup or emergency continuity) and does not confer any control, authority, or responsibility. The Project functions as a fully community-driven entity with transparent, on-chain mechanics and distributed responsibilities.
Essential Risks, Disclaimers, and Protections:
Speculative and Volatile Nature: $PLASTIC is akin to a “meme coin” as described in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidance—intended for entertainment, social, or cultural purposes only, with value driven solely by market speculation and demand. It has no inherent utility, functionality, or promise of returns. Prices may fluctuate wildly or drop to zero due to market forces, blockchain issues, regulatory changes, or other factors. You may lose everything you allocate to $PLASTIC.
Community Takeover Specific Risks: As a CTO project, governance, development, fee allocations (e.g., creator fees redirected to public community wallets via Pump.fun approval), nonprofit voting, MOD team management, and all other aspects are handled by the community team, MODs, and members. There are no guarantees of continued activity, successful fee redirection, community consensus, effective MOD operations, accurate nonprofit voting, or project success. CTOs carry additional risks, including potential disputes among community members, legal scrutiny for teams, or failures in decentralized processes. The Doxxed Initial Contributor is not involved in these processes and assumes no liability for community actions, decisions, MOD activities, voting outcomes, or results. All fee-related and donation-related activities are publicly trackable on-chain.
For details on automated incentives, see the Rewards and Incentives Disclaimer and the third-party BlueWhale page linked therein.
Transparency and On-Chain Verifiability: Fees, rewards distributions, burns, and donations are processed automatically through smart contracts to publicly disclosed wallets. Anyone can independently track and verify transactions on the Solana blockchain (e.g., via explorers like Solscan). This eliminates reliance on any individual for accountability and further reduces risks of mismanagement or opacity.
No Investment or Profit Expectations: Nothing herein constitutes investment, financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. Do not acquire or hold $PLASTIC with any expectation of profit, returns, or benefits. No efforts are or will be made by the Doxxed Initial Contributor or community to increase value or provide assistance for gains. Per SEC meme coin statements, purchasers should not anticipate profits, and the token is for non-functional purposes only.
Regulatory and Legal Uncertainties: Cryptocurrency laws are evolving and unpredictable globally. $PLASTIC is not registered or classified as a security, commodity, or regulated instrument under any jurisdiction, including U.S. federal securities laws (e.g., it does not meet the Howey Test criteria as no common enterprise with profit expectations from others’ efforts exists). However, future regulations (e.g., EU MiCA, U.S. bills on digital assets/meme coins, state laws like New York’s BitLicense) may reclassify it, impose restrictions, or render participation illegal. CTO structures may face heightened scrutiny for transparency or fraud. You alone must verify legality in your jurisdiction; prohibited users must not engage. No compliance assurances are given.
Technological Vulnerabilities: Reliance on Solana blockchain, smart contracts (e.g., via pump.fun), and third-party tools exposes risks of hacks, exploits, failures, high fees, or network disruptions. Smart contracts are immutable and may have unknown flaws. The Doxxed Initial Contributor makes no representations about security or performance.
No Personal Liability: As a doxxed individual, the Doxxed Initial Contributor has transparently shared identity but assumes no personal responsibility for user actions, losses, or outcomes. You agree that neither the Doxxed Initial Contributor nor any affiliates shall be held personally liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your engagement, including those related to CTO processes, community decisions, retained access, on-chain fee flows, MOD team activities, nonprofit voting, or any Project activities.
Third-Party and External Hazards: Links to wallets, DEXs, nonprofits, music platforms (@PlasticRevo), or other sites are for convenience; interactions are your risk. No responsibility for scams, phishing, data breaches, or external failures.
No Classifications or Guarantees: $PLASTIC is not a “utility token,” security, or investment contract. Any features (e.g., community voting, music access) are incidental, community-driven, and without obligation.
Merchandise and E-Commerce Risks: Any future merchandise store or sales are separate community-driven initiatives for awareness purposes only. Purchases involve standard retail risks (e.g., third-party vendors, shipping, quality, returns) and do not entitle buyers to any token benefits, rewards, or value increases. No representations are made regarding sales proceeds, usage, or impact on the Project or $PLASTIC.
Onboarding and Purchase Guidance: Any educational content, guides, or links on this website to help users learn about cryptocurrency, set up wallets, or access decentralized exchanges (e.g., pump.fun) are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer to sell, solicitation to buy, or recommendation regarding $PLASTIC or any crypto asset. Purchases occur directly on third-party platforms at your sole risk and discretion. No representations are made about ease of access, fees, security, or outcomes. Links are not endorsements, and we have no control over or affiliation with those platforms.
Limitation of Liability and Release: To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Project, Doxxed Initial Contributor, and all related parties disclaim all warranties (including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement) and shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or otherwise—arising from or related to the Project, even if advised of such possibility. By engaging, you irrevocably release and discharge the Doxxed Initial Contributor (Yerahmeel / @Yerahmeel33) and affiliates from all claims, demands, or actions (known or unknown) related to $PLASTIC or the Project.
User Acknowledgment and Waiver: By accessing this site or engaging with $PLASTIC, you affirm you are of legal age/capacity, have read/understood this disclaimer, and waive any right to sue or pursue legal action against the Doxxed Initial Contributor personally or the Project. This includes waiving class action participation.
Global Scope: Applies worldwide; users in banned jurisdictions must abstain.
Updates: This disclaimer may change without notice; continued engagement accepts revisions.
