These funds are intended to support organizations fighting plastic pollution, ocean cleanups, marine life protection, and related causes.

Key Features:

Recipient selection occurs exclusively through community voting processes (e.g., polls in X spaces, community discussions).

Distributions are automated via smart contracts where applicable, with full on-chain transparency.

All activity is verifiable by anyone using Solana explorers (e.g., Solscan) or the BlueWhale token page.

The Project does not represent or act on behalf of any nonprofit, and no nonprofit has approved, reviewed, or endorsed this Project, its token, music, merchandise, or activities.

**No Use of Nonprofit Trademarks or Branding**: The Project does not use any nonprofit logos, official branding, or protected marks without permission.
