All intellectual property associated with the PlasticCTO project and this Website (plasticthewhalekiller.com) is owned exclusively by Yerahmeel (@Yerahmeel33), the Doxxed Initial Contributor, unless otherwise explicitly stated. This includes, but is not limited to:

The domain name plasticthewhalekiller.com
Project name “$PLASTIC” (as used in this context), logo, visual designs, themes, graphics, text, and other branding elements created or owned by the Doxxed Initial Contributor
Any original content on the Website (e.g., text, images, videos, guides, unless sourced from third parties)

The Doxxed Initial Contributor retains all copyrights, trademarks (pending or future registrations), trade dress, and other intellectual property rights worldwide. These assets are protected under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), trademark law (Lanham Act), international treaties (e.g., Berne Convention, Paris Convention), and applicable state and federal laws. No transfer of ownership occurs through community participation, holding $PLASTIC, or use of the Website.

The Doxxed Initial Contributor grants a **non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free, limited license** to the PlasticCTO community (post-CTO) to use the above IP solely for:
Non-commercial promotion of awareness about plastic pollution and environmental causes
Community-driven activities (e.g., sharing in X spaces, posts, or on-site content to support the Project’s mission)
This license does **not** include:
Commercial use without express written permission (e.g., third-party sales, monetized content, or revenue generation)
Modification, derivative works, or sublicensing
Use implying official endorsement, partnership, or affiliation beyond community support
Registration of similar trademarks, domains, or handles
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or perform any IP without permission.
Use the Project name, logo, branding elements, or any related IP on merchandise, products, apparel, physical items, or digital goods for sale or revenue generation without express written permission from the Doxxed Initial Contributor.
Register trademarks, domains, social handles, or similar assets confusingly similar to ours without consent.
Use the IP for illegal, defamatory, misleading, or harmful purposes (e.g., scams, unauthorized merch).
Any unauthorized use of the “$PLASTIC” name, logo, or branding for commercial purposes (including but not limited to merchandise) will be considered infringement and pursued to the fullest extent of the law, including civil actions for damages, injunctive relief, seizure/destruction of infringing goods, and recovery of legal fees. Violators are hereby put on notice that they may face legal action, cease-and-desist demands, and platform reports (e.g., Etsy, Redbubble, X, etc.) for takedowns.
