It is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Use and all other policies and disclaimers.

The arbitration will be conducted in the State of Arkansas, USA (or remotely if agreed).
The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, with judgment enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Arbitration will be on an individual basis only — no class actions, class arbitrations, private attorney general actions, or joinder of claims are permitted.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Each party bears its own costs and attorneys’ fees, except as otherwise provided by law or the arbitrator.
The following Disputes are excluded from arbitration and may be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arkansas:
Claims for injunctive or equitable relief (e.g., to protect intellectual property rights or stop unauthorized use).
Claims related to enforcement of this Dispute Resolution provision.
